I am Willem Hattingh, the owner-operator of BME Handyman Services, based in Stoneville, Perth. I started my career as a home builder in South Africa over 20 years ago, completing more than 50 custom-built homes and countless renovations before relocating to Perth with my family. Here in Perth, I went on to work in commercial construction with Cockram Construction on projects including Hammond Park Primary School, Applecross Senior High School, the Australian Red Cross Blood Bank, and the mental health and neuroscience research institutes at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

After excelling in both residential and commercial construction, I made the decision to put those 20 years of building knowledge to work as an owner-operated handyman business. I offer high quality workmanship across most structural and aesthetical home-related needs, landscaping, carpentry, fencing, and repair work of all kinds — and because I am the owner-operator, my business is my reputation. I take on renovations from design to completion, fencing and gate installations, structural repairs, furniture assembly, and ongoing property maintenance for homeowners, property managers, small businesses, and builders.
